Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled.

WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation. If an incorrect address is provided, a handling fee of €9.99 will be charged. The order will then be canceled and the amount paid minus the processing fee will be refunded. If a product is still required, it must be ordered again manually.

 

To avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions during transportation, we limit the distance our orders travel by shipping them directly from the manufacturing site to you.

By avoiding additional fulfillment centers, it may take a little longer for your order to reach you, but every air mile avoided saves the atmosphere about 24 kg of CO2.


Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipment and not the day of order and may be longer than expected due to invalid address and other reasons.

Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivery.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time (1-3 working days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing.

The order is checked and approved within 12-24 hours of being placed. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, the production department is tasked with carrying out the final quality check and packing.

2) Delivery time (depending on country approx. 5-7 working days):

The shipment will be delivered by DHL or Yunexpress.
Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take after:

  • Austria 5-10 working days*
  • Germany 5-10 working days*
  • Netherlands 5-10 working days*

so that the article is at your home.

*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After the parcel has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
